We are looking for a self-reliant and talented J2EE / Java developer.
This is a dynamic, pro active role within a fast moving business in the most exciting industry of the decade - mobile content.
The successful candidate will welcome technical challenges, and will have a minimum of 3-4 years experience delivering Web b...ased J2EE applications.
An expert knowledge of J2EE is essential including: Eclipse, Apache web server and Apache open source tools, Tomcat, Hibernate, Servlets, Struts, XML/XSL, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS as well as a sound understanding of OOA & D, design patterns.
A good understanding SQL and experience with database design and administration is important.
Some experience in Linux System Administration is important.
Must be a resident of Baguio City.

Home Based BUSINESS AND MARKETING MANAGER (Mobile Content and Applications)
The Business and Marketing Manager (Mobile Content/Applications) acts as a primary point-of-contact for Clients and will be responsible for launching Mobile products in Australia, UK and the US. Once launched, the manager will be responsible for... running marketing campaign in co-operation with Cellular Operator Partners and for increasing sales of Mobile Content Products.
ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns for mobile products through the WEB and through WAP.
2. Screen and identify potential partners and maintain a database.
3. Monitor, evaluate and manage existing partners.
4. Generate content reports and presentations on time.
5. Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines.
6. Co-ordinate with Segment managers to identify relevant content and co-ordination with Product Managers for optimal content delivery.
7. Benchmark with other content procurement and delivery mechanisms worldwide.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing.
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in a similar position in the telecommunication industry
• KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of mobile services
- Strong Interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
- Strong ability to drive for results and to manage and deliver against multiple priorities on time.
